Since opening our doors in 1996 we have continually tried to be a different estate agent. We have always believed this business is about people and not property. Passionate people make things happen!

Last year we took the bold step of changing the way we worked and decided to adopt the business model that is used throughout most of Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and South Africa. We wanted to attract the best and most experienced property professionals to help steer us through this changing market. ALL our Property Consultants are 'self employed' and reap what they sow. They are driven individuals who don't 'clock on' in the morning and 'off' in the evening. We are the ONLY estate agents in Northampton and Rugby to operate in this way.
